About the position

The Social Stylist position at Chico's is focused on building a strong community of customers through various digital and in-person engagement strategies. The role aims to enhance customer belonging, drive sales, and increase customer lifetime value by utilizing both high-touch and digital experiences. The Social Stylist will lead with an entrepreneurial spirit, promoting a customer-centric sales culture that aligns with the company's values and principles.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes digital platforms and high-touch techniques to build a clientele base, drive sales, and increase customer lifetime spend.
• Facilitates in-home and localized events to drive sales and build customer base using corporate strategies and product kits.
• Engages with clientele through digital platforms, posting videos and reels to promote services and increase digital presence.
• Markets services creatively to build a strong community base of customers using company-provided marketing tools and grassroots efforts.
• Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Informs community leader of any issues, opportunities, or wins.
• Participates in routine virtual team meetings.
• Engages on digital 'Customer/Associate' interactive platform.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years retail sales, subscription services, and/or digital presence preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and foster a team-oriented environment
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• General knowledge of apparel and intimate products (i.e. fit and fabric)
• Solid evidence of community outreach and involvement
• Passion for the company, customers, and products
• Consistent knowledge of the fashion industry; digitally savvy and socially active
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to work weekends and attend events when required
