The Social & Web Digital Copywriter at Lenovo will play a crucial role in planning, creating, and organizing creative content for Motorola's global web, social, and CRM activities. This position is situated in a fast-paced, matrix environment, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders including project managers, content developers, publishers, PR, legal, and brand teams. The Copywriter will report to the Global Digital Experience Content Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and receives the necessary approvals from stakeholders. In this role, the Copywriter will identify content needs and recommend solutions to support daily publishing priorities, such as product launches and promotions, as well as larger projects. The ideal candidate will create engaging and clever copy for Motorola's global social channels, targeting an international audience. They will also be responsible for pushing product copy on digital platforms to effectively engage customers throughout their purchasing journey. Additionally, the Copywriter will manage an editorial calendar that incorporates promotions, product announcements, PR events, sales goals, and customer needs. They will ensure that the right content is delivered at the right time, taking into account demographics and buyer personas. Writing responsibilities will include creating website copy that meets user needs, from marketing content to UI copy, and collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies to gather necessary assets for product launches and promotions. Consistency with Motorola's brand voice and tone guidelines will be paramount throughout the content localization process.
