The Case Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and database records of all client interactions and services provided, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. In addition to direct client services, the Case Manager will be expected to participate in training for the Alitta360 database, which is essential for entering and managing client information. The position is full-time, requiring an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, and is based in Columbus, OH.
