The MSW Recruiter and Contract Faculty Member's primary role will be to promote and support Seton Hall University's MSW Advanced Standing Partnership and all MSW program options. This position is crucial for recruiting students both in the U.S. and international markets, aiming to yield the most promising talent from these diverse markets. The recruiter will implement a strategic recruiting plan designed to increase the diversity, quality, and overall graduate enrollment of the Seton Hall MSW program. This faculty position requires a full-time, 12-month, in-person commitment, emphasizing the importance of being present on campus to engage with prospective students and partners effectively. Depending on the need and availability, the recruiter may also have the opportunity to teach occasional courses in the Social Work programs, thereby contributing to the academic environment of the university.
