Responsibilities

• Engage in intervention delivery including treatment planning, care management, and care coordination.
• Deliver behavioral interventions targeting PTSD and related comorbidities.
• Monitor patient safety and conduct suicide risk assessments as needed.
• Communicate daily with project personnel regarding participant issues.
• Participate in team supervision for the study intervention.
• Draft and edit IRB application content and maintain regulatory paperwork.
• Attend project meetings and collaborate with research team members.
• Enter data and ensure data quality using software such as SPSS and Excel.
• Assist in patient recruitment and conduct informed consent procedures.
• Prepare summary reports from study data and assist in manuscript preparation.

Requirements

• A Master of Social Work Degree from an accredited program.
• Six or more months of experience in a health care delivery system, which can include practicum placements or employment experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in a research setting.
• Familiarity with data management and analysis software such as SPSS and REDCap.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
