About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Carease Health. The ideal candidate will provide support and advocacy for individuals dealing with various social and emotional challenges, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and developing treatment plans. This role involves providing therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
• Offer crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate assistance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• State licensure or certification as a Social Worker
• Proficiency in crisis management and crisis intervention strategies
• Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation tools and ICD-10 coding
• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and psychotherapy techniques
• Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
