  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate care

Requirements

  • Candidates should have WA State clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting - preferred but not required
  • Experience with using the DSM-V or ICD-11
  • Experience working with a diverse client base
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
