About the position

Requirements

• Must possess a New Jersey state license as a Social Worker (LSW or LCSW).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• 2 years of experience as a social worker is required.
• Experience in case management and discharge planning is essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in addiction counseling.
• BLS Certification is a plus.
