Responsibilities
- Provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with various social and emotional issues
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Supervise and mentor social work interns or junior staff members
Requirements
- Crisis intervention experience
- Applied behavior analysis knowledge
- Medical documentation skills
- LSW Social Work License
- Medicare knowledge
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification
- Experience in case management
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing
- Mental health counseling experience
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs
