About The Position
The Dayton VA Medical Center is offering multiple Social Work opportunities within its Mental Health Service across various locations in the Greater Dayton, Ohio area, including Dayton, Lima, Springfield, and Middletown. The positions are permanent, full-time, and do not allow for telework or remote work. The salary range for these positions is between $76,693 and $100,114 per year, classified under the GS-11 pay scale. The job involves working closely with Veterans diagnosed with medical conditions, mental illnesses, and substance use disorders, providing integrated care in collaboration with Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT). The work schedule will be discussed during the interview process, but generally follows a Monday to Friday routine from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
