About The Position
Westminster Place is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LSW/LCSW Social Worker for the Social Services Department. Join the team at Westminster Place, a Presbyterian Homes community, an independent, non-profit senior living care organization offering full continuum of care from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care at four luxury retirement communities. The main function of this role is to formulate and implement plans for bringing together the needs and requirements of intermediate and skilled care residents and families with the resources and services of Westminster Place, to support and assist their continuing activities in the Westminster Place community as well as the larger community setting. The Social Worker will assess and coordinate the needs and requirements of older adults with the services offered by Presbyterian Homes in support of and assistance with maximizing continued activities within the Westminster Place community and the community at large.
