About the position

The Soft Goods Associate at PGA TOUR Superstore is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a world-class shopping experience. This part-time role involves merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the retail environment while adhering to the company's 'Customer First' philosophy. Responsibilities

• Greet every retail customer within 10 feet within 30 seconds.
• Merchandise and sign areas to maintain visual merchandising consistency.
• Replenish merchandise stock from incoming freight shipments promptly.
• Investigate customer requests for items not carried and communicate with supervisors.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.
• Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.
• GED or high school diploma.
