Soliel, LLC is seeking a Software Analysis and Training Capability Developer to support a federal customer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other teams to create test plans, analyze test cases, identify issues and escalate them to appropriate teams through coordination with the COR.
• Perform software integration and engineering of existing mission command and operational systems and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide appropriate support to identify and solve problems.
• Conduct research and design of complicated computer systems as needed, and write white papers on new technologies for insertion into program functions.

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience conducting reviews of a wide variety of business situations and conducting complete, accurate, and astute business and systems analyses, utilizing business reporting and analysis tools.
• Strong technical background, and the ability to analyze and evaluate business processes and business technical requirements.
• Capability to provide technical expertise for evaluation of software applications and integration recommendations to enhance performance and compatibility.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Expert ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Excellent decision-making skills and ability to influence, motivate, and lead in complex organizational environments.
