This role involves collaborating with a talented team of developers to deliver high-class customer solutions, focusing on the student recruitment process and providing configurable online application capabilities to institutions. You will be responsible for implementing new features using React and/or Xpresso (XO), supporting existing products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction by debugging and resolving customer support cases. Your contributions will also include ideas for improving team efficiency, job satisfaction, and code quality. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer experience and building the right product, and who thrives in an Agile environment.
