About the position

PureTech Systems is seeking a self-motivated, dedicated software application specialist to provide technical service support for the company's software application. The role involves writing product documentation and training material, installing, configuring, and testing the company's software for new deployments, as well as troubleshooting and supporting deployed systems. The position requires participation in all aspects of customer support, from inbound phone calls to field service, with travel required. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, results-oriented achiever to be involved with a rapidly-growing technology company in a major market sector. The position is located in Phoenix, Arizona around I-17 and Deer Valley Rd.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert with the company's software; able to provide world-class support.
  • Write product user and administrative manuals.
  • Write and deliver training courses.
  • Provide technical phone support.
  • Install (software) and configure systems at customer sites.
  • Provide on-site technical support.
  • Execute production quality software validation tests.
  • Document installation procedures and tasks.
  • Provide support for new product testing.

Requirements

  • A passion for learning sophisticated computer vision and deep learning video technology.
  • Must love being super meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience supporting sophisticated software applications.
  • Must have a passion for providing world-class customer support.
  • Experience administering, configuring, and performing hands-on troubleshooting of Windows/Intel based computer systems is required.
  • Must be an excellent team player; able to communicate concepts and ideas both orally and in written form.
  • Must be a self-starter; an action taker.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
  • Prior technical writing of user manuals and training material for software products.
  • A technical degree in Information Systems or Electronics is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background check and drug test.
