About the position

The Software Application Tester - II role at The Judge Group Inc. involves managing the testing of new products and services related to ordering systems within the Business Organization. The primary focus is to ensure a quality customer experience by creating and executing detailed test plans based on project requirements, validating those requirements, identifying issues, and confirming their resolution. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to resolve issues and complete final validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the extensive testing of new products and services within the Business Organization as it relates to ordering systems.
• Create detailed test plans based on a set of requirements for specific projects.
• Execute test plans with precision to validate requirements and identify issues.
• Follow through to confirm resolution of identified issues.
• Work with multiple teams to resolve issues and complete final validation.

• Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Google applications.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team relationships.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years).

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with Business ordering, backend, and support systems.
• Familiarity with systems such as Optix/DSS Optix, Digital Platform, iVAPP, SSP, JIRA, and Qtest.
• Detail-oriented with a working knowledge of Google Suites.
