Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Computer Engineering (BSCE), or Computer Science (BSCS). New graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with project management and resource management tools.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP and UDP based IP protocols.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in supporting a product or in a general IT support role.
  • Direct or indirect experience working on installed A/V systems or A/V products.
  • Knowledge of the Python programming language and experience with modern IDEs.
  • Experience working with agile software development processes.
