About the position

Join Everi and our dynamic Loyalty Services team in Las Vegas as a Software Application Engineer, where you'll implement best-in-class Casino Loyalty solutions. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences and supporting your client's business success, we want to speak with you! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Everi's Customer Loyalty application and supporting systems in customer environments. You will coordinate with customers to arrange for IT resources, access, and installation times that meet their needs. During the first 30-60 days, you will support the implemented solution and act as the customer point of contact for all support issues while installing, configuring, and supporting systems. For your first two projects, you will work onsite five days per week. After completing these projects, you will transition to a hybrid schedule, working three days a week. This position requires travel to customer locations 10-30% of the time, making it essential to be adaptable and ready to engage with clients directly. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our loyalty solutions, ultimately enhancing their business success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with SQL doing tasks like installation, table creation, and reviewing logs.
  • 5 years of experience working with software and hardware in a complex business and systems environment.
  • Experience with product systems and equipment installation.
  • Ability to deliver projects and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Systems administration and database experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, operating systems, and networks.
  • Proficient understanding of CS fundamentals and deployment of remote management tools and server administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to code in product-specific programming language.
