About the position

The position involves providing technical support for complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and software. The role requires collaboration with field engineers, technicians, and customers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues that first-line support could not resolve. The candidate will also be responsible for training on product technology and software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to field engineers and technicians.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro/mechanical equipment and software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to gather equipment/software requirements.
• Analyze equipment logs and parameter backups.
• Provide training on current and new product technology.
• Maintain communication with engineering teams and customers through various platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently.
• Experience in collaborative projects within a team environment.
• Proficiency in software programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Windows Server OS installation and setup.
• Knowledge of computer networking, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Experience configuring Windows OS security and understanding security concepts.
• Familiarity with database management and development (SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with virtual machine setup and management (Hyper-V, VMWare).
