About the position

As an AI Technical Advocate at IBM, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and educating clients about IBM's enterprise AI features. This position involves collaborating with software development and sales teams to address clients' business challenges through innovative AI solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise to shape the architecture and technical direction of IBM's AI portfolio, ensuring exceptional client experiences and fostering a culture of collaboration and adaptability across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively within a team to shape the architecture and technical trajectory of the AI portfolio.
  • Possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and innovations, including IBM's offerings and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and contribute to other IBM product initiatives.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct and participate in technical solution workshops.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment of AI/ML workloads, including experience in LLMs, Vector DBs, model tuning, and LLM benchmarking.
  • Experience in building credibility for Data and AI methodology and practices for data management, data fabric, data governance, trustworthy AI, and business analytics.
  • Proficient in Python programming, NLP techniques, and AI Frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience architecting and deploying scalable AI solutions that integrate with existing business and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience designing and developing automated pipelines for data extraction, ML model training, ML model production deployments, and production monitoring.
  • Awareness of ethical considerations in data science and AI to ensure responsible data usage.
