About the position

Responsibilities

• Design and develop registration systems for vital records including death, birth, stillbirth, divorce, and marriage.
• Support multiple applications working together in the cloud utilizing AWS architecture.
• Write responses to RFPs and compute legislative fiscal notes.
• Create and update documentation, training, and testing procedures.
• Manage multiple concurrent scrum teams and train new developers.
• Conduct customer outreach and curate culture and norms for remote teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with AWS, including cloud architecture support for multiple applications.
• 5+ years of writing and project management skills, including RFP responses and documentation creation.
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing registration systems for vital records.
• 10+ years of experience in JAVA, SQL, PHP, VBScript, and architecting software applications.
