About the position

As a Principal Consultant on our Web & Mobile team, you will provide subject matter expertise around web and mobile development solutioning. This role involves acting as a lead project architect and managing a team of full stack developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate, identify, and develop custom software solutions
• Establish relationships with sales staff and client decision-makers
• Estimate and perform high-level planning of software development efforts
• Assist Product Owners and Stakeholders in the generation of backlog
• Provide technical leadership to software development projects
• Provide oversight to lead training efforts for the development team
• Establish and provide governance over best practices and standards

Requirements

• 4-year degree (or work experience equivalent)
• 10+ years of agile based custom software development experience
• 3+ years of architecting software solutions
• 3+ years managing a development team
• Ability to create and deliver presentations to mixed technical and non-technical audiences
• 3+ years of DevOps practices and procedures
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Quick and eager learner
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple assignments
• Ability to introduce new concepts to clients and teams
• Proficient in .NET 4.6+, .NET Core 3.0+, Angular 10 and/or React 16.5+, MVC, REST, Azure PAAS Solutions, Entity Framework, Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps, Git, Jira, Kanban, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AJAX, OAuth / OWIN, SQL Server & Azure SQL, Azure Storage
