About the position

Jobot is seeking a Software Architect to join its in-house Software Development team, focusing on enhancing the custom-built Applicant Tracking System, Jax. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and improving the system's capabilities, directly impacting the success of Jobot's services to clients and candidates. The position offers a unique work culture with every other Friday off, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Implement frontend and backend features for Jax based on concepts provided.
• Collaborate with other architects to develop high-performance infrastructure, schemas, APIs, and AI-driven functionalities.
• Ensure seamless integrations with partners and maintain a flexible system that adapts to the needs of recruiters, clients, and candidates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full stack coding experience, with a focus on back-end engineering.
• 1+ years of experience with Go or 3+ years in another back-end language.
• 1+ years of experience with React or 3+ years in a different front-end language.

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience developing high volume websites or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of best practices and architectural principles.
• Creative and technical problem-solving skills.
