About the position

The Senior Software Engineer (Architect) will be a key member of Motive's Small Cell solutions development team, responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and testing of software modules. This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, as well as effective communication abilities to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture, low level design, implementation and testing of various software modules in the Motive Small Cell solutions portfolio
• Work with Product Manager and Solution Architect to refine product requirements and define product design
• Participate in the agile product development process to produce high quality software on time
• Communicate with development, verification and customer project teams regularly
• Analyze and identify the root cause of the problems occurring in production deployments, create fixes and deliver on time to customers
• Ability to work well with a team of developers from various remote sites to deliver high quality solutions to the end customer
