Your expertise will be vital in transforming client systems for the modern age, applying the latest technologies to provide actionable intelligence. This position emphasizes strategic oversight in software architecture, development coordination, and technical leadership, making a significant impact on national security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical resource providing strategic oversight and planning for applications architecture and design.
• Coordinate the development of new software system applications.
• Provide technical expertise in software architecture and document software specifications for engineers/developers.
• Produce software prototypes to demonstrate application of design.
• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating system environment.
• Lead the development of system prototypes to demonstrate application of design principles.
• Assign technical experts for all major projects and associated reviews.
• Monitor trends in system architecture and software development and engineering.
• Recommend training in software development technologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficient in IDEs, programming languages, Git, Jenkins, and Confluence.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
