As a Software Architect, you'll step into a technical leadership role where your expertise and experience will shape the direction of HALO's projects. You will play a key role in making sure HALO's software solutions meet the project goals and objectives and are designed to be scalable, reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant.
Responsibilities
- Defining, designing, and documenting the software architecture for projects & selecting the appropriate technologies, frameworks, and patterns to create robust and scalable systems
- Leading design reviews and incorporating feedback into designs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to software development teams
- Implementing best practices in technology and architectural principles
- Identifying and addressing potential risks & challenges, proactively assessing the system's architecture to identify potential issues, and devising strategies to mitigate them
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in software development, including hands-on experience with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools
- Deep understanding of software architecture principles, patterns, and best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
