About The Position
The Software Architect will lead the technology transformation efforts at Rose International, focusing on upgrading existing systems and transitioning to modern, scalable platforms. This role involves driving the architectural design and implementation of high-performance software systems, particularly in migrating from Java 8 to Java 22 and from monolithic to microservices architecture. The architect will also be responsible for cloud adoption, implementing DevOps best practices, and providing technical guidance to teams.
