About the position

The Software Asset Manager at Apogee Integration LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), which is responsible for the design, launch, and maintenance of America's intelligence satellites. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI Polygraph. The primary responsibilities include collecting, tracking, and managing change tickets to support the development and sustainment of project costing tools. The Software Asset Manager will work closely with software developers and engineers to facilitate tool development and ensure the smooth operation of software asset management processes. In addition to managing change tickets, the Software Asset Manager will perform data management for all IT procurement and software asset management-related information. This includes providing recommendations for process improvements in IT procurement and software asset management, as well as producing reports using various tools, including SAP and ServiceNow. The role demands a strong understanding of enterprise licensing management, including execution, agreements, and user software interaction across large-scale IT domains. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in the intelligence community or similar environments is highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Collect, track, and manage change tickets in support of project costing tool development and sustainment.
  • Work with software developers and engineers coordinating/facilitating tool development and sustainment.
  • Perform data management for all IT procurement and software asset management related information.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations for all IT procurement and software asset management and related processes.
  • Produce IT procurement and software asset management reports using suite of tools to include SAP and ServiceNow.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Associate's degree (experience can be substituted for degree).
  • Experience in management of Enterprise Licensing (execution, agreements, licensing, and user software interaction).
  • Experience relating to software asset management across large scale IT domains.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous Westfield's or other IC experience.
