About the position

The Software Automation Tester with Development role is focused on designing and developing test automation frameworks while ensuring the quality of software through rigorous testing practices. This position requires a blend of software testing experience and development skills, particularly in modern programming languages, to create efficient testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test automation frameworks.
• Conduct manual and automated software testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain testing tools and processes.
• Analyze test results and report defects.

Requirements

• 5 years or more of software testing experience (manual or automation) or at least 3 years of experience with a master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 3 years or more of test automation framework design and development experience.
• Prior functional or object-oriented coding experience in modern programming languages like C++, Java, or Python (preferably Java).
• Strong development skills in two or more of the following technologies and tools: Java/Junit, Python, Cucumber, JBehave or other BDD testing frameworks.
