About the position
The Software Consultant role involves providing support and expertise in document management systems, particularly in an architectural or engineering context. The consultant will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and creating technical documentation to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for document management systems such as Bentley ProjectWise.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for users.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide technical support.
- Utilize MS Office suite for documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Competent in the use of MS Office suite (5 years experience required).
- Experience in developing technical documentation (2 years required).
- Experience working in an Architectural or Engineering environment (5 years required).
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with ServiceNOW.
- Experience providing customer support (2 years preferred).
- Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions (2 years preferred).
