About The Position

The Senior Engineer will coordinate development activities between customer requirements and game development Scrum teams, focusing on the creation of the next collective training software system. This role involves managing project tasks, supporting testing activities, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders in an Agile DevSecOps environment.

Requirements

• Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development team.
• Experience in Modeling and Simulation development.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to integrate work efforts.
• Experience working independently and as part of a software development team.
• Bachelor's degree in a software-focused technical discipline such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 8+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage epics, stories, and tasks in tracking tools for game development coordination.
• Perform in a Scrum Agile DevSecOps development environment.
• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to align development activities with requirements.
• Support test activities both locally and at the site.
