About the position

AWS Solutions provides horizontal and industry vertical applications for business users with the same on-demand scalability, reliability, pay-as-you-go pricing, and machine learning expertise that drive AWS services. The AWS Solutions group includes services such as Amazon Connect (a cost-effective cloud contact center), our End User Computing (including Amazon Workspaces, AppStream, etc.), Marketing Tech (Amazon Pinpoint), and Autonomous Checkout and Biometric Identity Services (Just Walk Out, Amazon One) for retail, sports, travel, and other verticals. AWS Clean Rooms is a recently launched analytics service that helps customers and their partners more easily and securely analyze their combined datasets-without sharing or revealing underlying data with each other. To do that, we're looking for a Software Engineer to join AWS Clean Rooms to build scalable solutions that delight customers. You'll work at the intersection of cloud analytics, privacy, and security, to provide customers with a broad set of data controls that help protect sensitive data, including query controls, query output restrictions, query logging, and cryptographic computing tools. Responsibilities

• Build scalable solutions for AWS Clean Rooms.
• Work at the intersection of cloud analytics, privacy, and security.
• Provide customers with data controls to protect sensitive data.
• Utilize foundational AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
