About the position

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
• Communicate with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements and describe software product features.
• Lead the definition and development of multi-tier web services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling.
• 8+ years of experience leading the development of multi-tier web services.
• Strong understanding of AWS operational best practices.

• Experience with AWS services.
