We are seeking proficient programmers to join our innovative team focused on training AI chatbots to code. In this role, you will engage directly with the chatbots we are developing, measuring their progress and enhancing their coding capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include writing and evaluating code, as well as creating diverse coding problems that challenge the AI's learning. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift, and possess strong problem-solving skills akin to those found on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank. For each coding problem you tackle, you will be expected to articulate how your solution effectively addresses the issue at hand. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule. Whether you prefer a full-time or part-time commitment, you will be compensated hourly, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work. This is a remote position, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to cutting-edge AI technology.
