We are seeking proficient programmers to join our innovative team focused on training AI chatbots to code. In this role, you will engage directly with the chatbots we are developing, measuring their progress and enhancing their coding capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include writing and evaluating code, as well as creating diverse coding problems that the chatbots can learn from. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to choose which projects to work on and set your own schedule, making it ideal for those who thrive in a remote work environment. As a programmer in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift. You will also need to solve coding problems similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank. For each coding problem you tackle, you must be able to articulate how your solution effectively addresses the problem at hand. This requires not only technical skills but also the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. This is a contract position, and payment is made hourly, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work. The expected hours range from 1 to 40 per week, providing a wide range of flexibility for your work-life balance.
