About the position

We are seeking proficient programmers to join our innovative team focused on training AI chatbots to code. Your primary responsibility will be to write and evaluate code, ensuring that the chatbots can effectively solve coding problems. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift, and be adept at solving coding challenges similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank. For each coding problem you tackle, you will be required to articulate how your solution addresses the problem at hand. You will have the autonomy to select the projects you wish to work on and can set your own schedule. Compensation is hourly, with additional bonuses awarded for high-quality and high-volume work. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with excellent writing and grammar skills, as you will be expected to produce high-quality answers and code snippets. Additionally, you will evaluate the code quality generated by AI models, assessing both correctness and performance. To qualify for this position, candidates must be fluent in English and possess a bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress.
