We apply artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, learning networks, and other data intelligence and analytics in an applied way, embedded into our solutions. Join us in creating people-centric healthcare experiences! We are looking for a software developer to join our Revenue Cycle Analytics team. We provide reporting and analytics to all Revenue Cycle products. This involves understanding data and data flow across products, extracting the data from the source, re-designing the data into more applicable data models, and designing queries and reports to represent key metrics for clients to understand and make decisions about their business. We have a variety of platforms with varying capabilities across platforms that are provided by both packaged distributions and cloud-based technologies. You will be responsible for the design, development, and testing for the Revenue Cycle Analytics development team. You will evaluate various technologies and recommend new and novel solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability. This is an opportunity to bring a combination of deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure administration/analysis and design/developer skills. You will also provide support on a rotation to a wide variety of complex production environment problems related to immense growth, scaling, using the cloud, very high performance, and high availability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software solutions for the Revenue Cycle Analytics team.
  • Understand data and data flow across products and extract data from the source.
  • Redesign data into more applicable data models.
  • Design queries and reports to represent key metrics for clients.
  • Evaluate various technologies and recommend solutions to improve availability, performance, and supportability.
  • Provide support on a rotation for complex production environment problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or similar.
  • 3-8 years' experience in design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • ETL & Data warehousing experience (Vertica/Snowflake, ADW or similar).
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools (Tableau, OAC or similar).
  • Object Oriented programming experience (Java, Python, or similar).
  • Advanced SQL skills for query and performance tuning.
  • Cloud experience & Big Data Solutions/framework (preferably Hadoop, Apache Crunch, Spark).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Github/BitBucket.
