About the position

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of advanced software solutions related to robotics and AI. This role involves all aspects of ongoing software development from initial specification through to development, testing, and launching, providing a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and develop innovative solutions that will revolutionize the industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using C#, SQL, and other technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs.
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and performance tune.
• Innovate and brainstorm new features with the team and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, especially in the field of robotics and AI.
• Contribute to the integration of complex software systems and collaborate with product architects.
• Design and develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Use Azure DevOps for version control and task management.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven software development experience and strong programming skills in C# and .NET.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Understanding of AI and robotics technologies.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-based setting.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
