About the position

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a wide range of technical skills including Drupal, Istio, SQL, REST/API Service Testing, Terraform, Spring Boot, NoSQL, Node.js, and more. The candidate should also have domain experience in Airlines. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality code for various applications using technologies such as Drupal, Istio, SQL and REST/API Service Testing.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure scalable and reliable deployments.
• Design and build microservices using Spring Boot and Node.js to support various business functions.
• Ensure data integrity and performance by working with NoSQL databases.
• Create and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms using SAML, OAUTH and other security protocols.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Write and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for automation and task management.
• Utilize Docker Containers for application deployment and orchestration.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to streamline the development process.
• Manage API lifecycle using AXWAY Amplify Central, AXWAY API Builder and AXWAY API Gateway.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Stop Light, Swagger Hub and Postman.
• Ensure application security by implementing best practices and using tools like Ping Federate and JSON Web Token.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and load balancers to ensure application availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
• Document technical specifications and processes for future reference.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by delivering high-quality, reliable and scalable software solutions.
