Our team operates in an agile environment and takes an iterative approach to developing solutions. We utilize a modified scrum framework that fits our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). We employ in-house developed, easy-to-use tools for managing the backlog, planning, and day-to-day work. Our teams are highly collaborative and take a team-oriented approach to development. You will be responsible for the analysis and translation of business requirements into technical requirements for development, as well as the creation of design documents and technical specifications. Adhering to best practices and standards in development, technology, and security is crucial. You will also provide post-implementation support, which includes monitoring application performance and debugging existing code. Keeping up with advancements and changes in technology is essential, as you will need to develop an understanding of how new technologies can be leveraged to provide business solutions. Many projects will employ client-side technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, React.js, CSS, and HTML5, to develop robust and highly interactive web-based UIs.
