About the position

As a Software Developer at ChartPath, you will be integral to the development of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing innovative software that enhances patient care and streamlines healthcare operations. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions for the EMR platform.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with front line support staff to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, proposing and implementing solutions to improve performance.
• Conduct thorough testing of software to identify and address bugs and performance issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Developer, focusing on web-based applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with RESTful services.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Austin, TX.
