About the position

The Software Developer position involves applying advanced technical skills to enhance software development processes and implement cutting-edge technologies. The role includes mentoring junior developers, providing technical leadership, and contributing to complex design projects. The incumbent will work independently and may oversee the work of other programming personnel on large-scale development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Implement leading-edge technologies and enhance the Technical Software Development process.
• Mentor less senior developers and provide Technical Excellence Leadership.
• Direct and monitor the work of other programming personnel across large-scale development projects.
• Consult on complex design projects and provide technical direction in area of specialty.
• Conceive, propose, and sell new ideas and products within the engineering organization.
• Guide the implementation of new ideas to final product stages.
• Work on designs that span several groups or affect hardware decisions.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
• 7 years of related experience in software development or 11 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in PWA mobile app development on iPhone with iOS version 17.7 and above.
• Experience with Angular 16 and above.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for PWA app issues on iPhone 12 and 13, particularly related to iOS updates.
• Familiarity with using MacBook to analyze mobile browser console logs.

Nice-to-haves

• Completion of a master's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
