About the position

The JDE Developer is responsible for application development related to the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system and interfaced applications. This specialized role requires a combination of development and technical skills to support various business functions and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system applications and other technical solutions.
• Support Carolina's help desk by managing assigned case load and offering technical support.
• Support Carolina's network and operations group by offering technical support involving JD Edwards and interfaced applications.
• Support Carolina's business analysts and project group by offering technical support and application/interface design.
• Assist CNC administration in researching ERP issues and offering possible solutions.
• Maintain technical expertise by keeping abreast of the latest development enhancements and suggest avenues to maintain development skills.
• Support JD Edwards interfaced products by creating interfaces or supporting created interfaces.
• Assist development team members in areas of expertise as Carolina has complex ERP systems involving many skill areas.

Requirements

• Four year college degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 1+ years experience in JD Edwards Development.
• 3+ years experience in ERP development.
• Skilled and formally trained with JD Edwards Development Tools (ERW, UBE).
