About the position

As a Software Developer I, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful software solutions within a dedicated and self-organizing agile team. Your focus will be on developing the next generation of applications, data transformation, and automation tools in the cloud, contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and evaluate technology solutions to build cutting-edge software.
• Partner with business and technical experts to discover and incubate new solutions.
• Execute projects from requirements gathering to production-ready software deployment.
• Mine large datasets for insights and convert them into new product features.
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborate with other engineers, architects, and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, data, and architecture design, with at least 1+ years of cloud and automation expertise.
• Hands-on experience developing software, data integration, process automation, and API services, preferably in the cloud.
• Strong foundation in modern SDLC with technologies such as AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, and C# on Windows/Linux OS.
• Good working knowledge of automation, integration, and business process management solutions.
• Experience as part of a fast-paced agile software development team.
• Desire to learn and develop technical skills in software engineering and automation tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in software engineering, AWS, and modern automation tools.
