We are currently seeking a Software Developer with development experience using .NET object-oriented programming to join our high-performing Development team. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of the .NET Framework, including experience with AppDomains, LINQ, and ServiceModel. A strong understanding of SQL and associated database concepts, including database design and architecture, is essential. Experience with stored procedures and reporting is a significant plus, as is familiarity with Azure cloud concepts such as App Services, Service Bus Relay, and Storage Accounts. In this role, you will analyze your assigned HCSS product, database schema, and architecture for improvements that can increase value, such as ROI and benefits to the team. You will implement features for your assigned HCSS product that are significant in scope and work closely with other developers to enhance infrastructure, improve reliability, and efficiency. Sharing best practices during team planning, retrospectives, and daily standup meetings is also a key part of this position.
