About the position

As a Software Developer/Network Administrator at C&H Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in developing new strategies, software, and IT procedures aimed at increasing efficiency, enhancing workflow, and improving customer and employee satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, as well as overseeing the design and management of the company website. You will also be tasked with developing quality assurance procedures and software, deploying software tools, processes, and metrics, and monitoring and customizing ERP software to meet the company's needs. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to respond promptly to service issues and requests, assist with the installation of new hardware and software, and provide training to employees on their use. Protecting customer data through encryption and secure data storage will be a key focus, alongside maintaining safety standards within the workplace. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting all company initiatives and communicating the organization's values professionally. Your secondary duties will include providing technical support across the company, maintaining and upgrading existing systems, and setting up accounts for new users. You will also be responsible for repairing and replacing equipment as necessary, assisting in tool crib management, and document control. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of technology.

  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (desired).
  • 3+ years managing enterprise level software applications.
  • 3+ years maintaining, interacting, and manipulating SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • 2+ years' experience in JavaScript, Python, or C#.
  • 2+ years of providing local IT support.
  • Knowledge and interest in computer systems and the latest technologies.
  • Continuous pursuit of development knowledge and education.
  • Ability to communicate complex procedures to colleagues.
  • Commercial and business awareness.
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data.
  • Technical, analytical and logical thought process.
  • Problem-solving skills.
