The Software Developer I position involves working on a dedicated agile team to develop next-generation applications, data transformation, and automation tools in the cloud. The role requires a mission-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering culture, focusing on delivering meaningful software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and evaluate technology solutions to build cutting-edge software.
• Partner with business and technical experts to discover and incubate new solutions.
• Execute projects from requirements gathering to deployment of working software.
• Mine large datasets for insights and conversion to new product features.
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborate with other engineers, architects, and analysts.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, data, and architecture design.
• 1+ years of cloud and automation expertise.
• Hands-on experience developing software, data integration, process automation, and API services in the cloud.
• Strong foundation with modern SDLC in technologies such as AWS Services, RDBMS, NOSQL, Python, and C# on Windows/Linux OS.
• Good working knowledge of automation, integration, and business process management solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced agile software development team.
• Desire to learn and develop technical skills in software engineering and automation tools.
