About The Position

The PTS Development team is responsible for developing and delivering tools and applications to manage, monitor and verify the production trading environment. This is done through both greenfield development projects and transitioning legacy applications into our modern trading environment. You will have the opportunity to have direct impact on the success of our business and collaborate with developers, business experts and support engineers.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a similar technical major
• Two to four years of experience with OO programming
• Experience with scripting - Python preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop applications that monitor the environment for changes that would impact the business and our ability to trade
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering from users to deployment of the final product into the production environment
• Work in a highly collaborative environment with other developers and users both local and across the globe
• Directly see your work in use and hear how it improves efforts of other teams
• Improve our automated verification system that runs daily validations in response to enterprise infrastructure changes
• Expand test coverage, add new features to the user interface, and continue to improve the environment
• Take ownership of long-standing legacy applications to create a new application using the latest technology to meet today's business needs
