We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our DevX Protect team, which is part of the Global Technology Organization (GTO). This role is crucial in providing security assistance, expertise, solutioning, and governance to over 360 development teams within GTO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that enhance compliance and reduce friction for developers, ensuring a seamless development experience while maintaining security standards. In this position, you will be tasked with building and maintaining multiple plugins in our Dev Hub, which is essential for streamlining development processes. Additionally, you will work on the development of a ChatBot powered by large language models (LLM), which will assist developers in navigating security protocols and best practices. You will also develop applications to manage AWS secret rotation and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring that our systems remain secure and compliant. Your role will involve the integration of various data sources to support internal teams and developers, providing them with the necessary tools and information to enhance their productivity. This position requires a strong background in full-stack development, particularly with Python for backend applications, and proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Material UI for frontend development. While a security background is not mandatory, a solid understanding of secure development lifecycle practices is essential to succeed in this role.
