About the position

The Salesforce Developer role at Capgemini involves hands-on development in Salesforce technologies, focusing on design, configurations, customizations, and integrations. The position requires a senior-level developer with extensive experience in Salesforce, particularly in Lightning projects, and a strong understanding of software development methodologies. The role is hybrid, based in Woodland Hills, CA, and is a contract position with a competitive salary range.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using SFDC technologies.
• Work on at least one Lightning project, developing aura components, Lightning UI, classes, batch classes, test classes, and LWC components.
• Perform design reviews and own the technical build for the complete project.
• Manage Salesforce data migration across various environments, including production.
• Utilize Change Sets or any release management tool for deployment processes.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.

Requirements

• 7 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce technologies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce design, configurations, customizations, integration, and reporting.
• Experience in developing aura components and Lightning UI.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data migration processes.
• Understanding of system and data integration architecture.
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Hands-on experience with APEX Data Loader and Middleware technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• At least one Salesforce certification.
